This project started with a really simple idea: Creating a community focused playground for coffee lovers. Before we touched visuals, we spent time shaping what YM&C actually needed to be, a community-first brand where beginners and enthusiasts can explore coffee together, without pressure, rules, or gatekeeping. A brand that offers events, online and offline community spaces, podcasts, and more!
Visually, we wanted the brand to feel real and hands-on. We leaned into the shift towards analogue design: print textures, imperfect details, and tactile elements that slow things down and feel human in a very digital world. The bold, vibrant colours bring warmth and energy, while the textured, slightly imperfect finishes leave room for curiosity, learning, and experimentation.
